The experience

I am looking for a secretary to assist me with clerical work organizing documents relating to my hotel and life.
I would like to organize my paper documents with digital tools, organize my time and tasks with a digital planner and calendar, and help me set and achieve long term goals.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong organizational skills and experience with productivity technologies such as excel, iphone/laptop shortcuts, notion..


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Anyone who is organized and can help with planning/productivity is welcome.
