The experience

As a front desk clerk, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers from all over the world. Your tasks include welcoming and checking in guests, providing info about the city, local events, tours, and hostel activities, answering questions and emails, collecting payments, and keeping reception tidy. A great role if you’re social, organized, and love sharing local tips!


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
