Where Every Day Is a Party! If you're ready to dive into a lively atmosphere, make new friends, and play a key role in creating unforgettable party experiences, consider joining us as a volunteer helping out at the bar and during events in our hostel, where we host daily events for our guests. What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 38 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Peru

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Our hostel volunteer program is all about working with a party vibe! Your main gig includes bar duties, chatting with guests, and adding some fun with decorations. It's like having a great time while making our guests' experience memorable. Join the fun!

Activities & Shift

We'll provide you with a fixed schedule, so you'll know exactly when you'll be on duty. Whether it's a morning, afternoon, or night shift, you'll play a crucial role in making our guests' stay memorable
