The experience

Our cozy guesthouse is nestled in a charming village surrounded by rice fields and tea mountains, offering breathtaking views just 1.5 km from Ella city. Whether it’s a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride, you’ll find peace and tranquility here in the heart of nature. 🌾🏞️

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. 🌸

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
