What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
2 days off per week
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Tours:
Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Free Hiking Tours:
We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Certificate:
Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Between 18 and 50 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

The starting time is at 6:30m.
Activities & Tasks
Tour & Guest Support: Step into the action — assist guides during tours, manage logistics, and help create smooth, unforgettable experiences for every guest.
Customer Interaction: Be the friendly, resourceful point of contact — answer questions, share insights, and make every visitor feel welcome and inspired.
Community & Program Impact: Bring your ideas to life — take photos, contribute creative solutions, and help develop programs, including our upcoming ESL initiative.
General Support: Take on exciting challenges that keep tours running seamlessly and make a real difference in our nonprofit’s reopening and growth.
Rules
All volunteers must commit to:
Be punctual, Be reliable, Be responsible.
Notify us if your availability changes or if you are leaving the organization.
Handle grievances in the proper manner. Participate in training courses as requested. Ask for help when you need it. Support other team members
HOUSE RULES
Excessive alcohol consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the house. No guests are allowed in the hostel without consent. No drugs or weapons are allowed in the house.. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in termination of your program.

Please note that meals are only provided on the days you work. If you have questions please ask the owner directly to negotiate.
