It was our first experience with Worldpackers and couldn't be better! Jo, Richard and the team at the club are incredible people, who always helped us and made us feel comfortable and happy! We learned lots of thing Thamy we're going to bring for live! The rides with the car and the scooter helped us a lot, so we could visit great cities and nice places! We made some good friends there, in all areas! The apartment is huge, and very nice and the view is amazing! We just can say thanks for everything, all the good chats and great food! We're so happy with this experience!

This was a really great experience. Jo and Richard are both lovely, and so are the rest of the staff. It was great to meet some of the golfers and to work in the kitchen alongside the other chefs. It is a truly spectacular place and i would absolutely recommend spending time there.

I had the most unique and unforgettable experience during my one month at the Golf. The location is great, the food at the restaurant is delicious and since day one I was took cared. This was my first experience traveling out of my the hotel, and there I felt like Richard and Jo treated me with so much concern and heart, Mel and Márcia became my friends for life, I couldn't thank them enough, and literally everyone on the staff are really kind and gentle. Also, I arrived speaking barely any french, and thanks specially to Jo and Lulu, I could leave the golf much better. Un grand merci a tous 💛

My experience at the golf was fantastic! I don't have words to describe how grateful I am for the opportunity! It was so great that one day I want to come back ❤️ the work is not difficult and the facilities are amazing! The food is also incredible. I strongly recommend this volunteer work! Thank you Richard and Jo for the cultural exchange and also, thank you Mell for welcoming so well the volunteers!

There's no words to describe how beautiful this place and people are. Feels like a home, and you're treated like a part of family. Obviously I recommend it and would be happy to be back one more time. Joanna and Richard will always take care of you and make sure you're having the best time. The only thing you are asked to do is few hours of work a day, so make sure you're doing your best and I guarantee your you'll be rewarded with their love ❤️

There are no words to explain how positive this experience was. Richard and Jo are incredible hosts, from the first moment they made us feel part of the team. They provide an equipped apartment, delicious meals for lunch and groceries to cook. They organized activities for us in our days off and nearby there are nice towns to visit such as Pau, Tarbes, Toulouse and Lourdes. The work is not hard, they explain you everything and hours are respected. We highly recommend the golf if it's your first time, we made amazing friends like Lenette, Donnie (who treated us like their own children) and Mel!

Hello, future volunteers I'll share you my experience if you want to consider this as your option 🫶 ✅ The people you meet there are lovely, and you will make great friends. ✅ The hosting facilities are very good and comfortable. ✅ You will have a personal grow experience, that will help you manage different situations and learn about emotional intelligence in other people. Some advise to avoid miscommunications: ⚠️ Make sure they check your profile and read your cover letter!! ⚠️ Be clear from the begging about what's included and your role. I'm grateful for this experience, thanks R&J!

I'm very grateful for the experience, the food, the flat, the trips, I met great people and learned to work under pressure. I was in the kitchen and despite having more hours than expected, i loved working with Biah, and Jean-Yves was nice most days. Advice: discuss the details of your arrival. Ask for instructions and if you should go to Tarbes/Bagnères. Make sure someone reads your profile or it may create misunderstanding. Sometimes the expectations for volunteers were high and they were told off for little mistakes. Ask what's covered and don't be shy to stand your ground. Good luck!

This was a great experience for me it helped me grow and learn so much about myself and also the reality of working in another the hotel. The food, the view and the people were amazing. I got to visit some amazing places on my days off like Bordeaux, Biarritz and San Sebastian. If I could give you some advices : talk with the hosts beforehand and ask all the questions that you have so you don't get suprised when you get there (what is included, what is the work, how it's going to work, etc). Overall i'm grateful for this experience and for all the people I met along the way. All the best:)
