Are you a friendly, social soul who loves connecting with people from all over the world? We're looking for one awesome volunteer to join our team and help with hostel activities β€” think karaoke nights, beer pong tournaments, food nights, pub crawls, beach hangouts, and anything else that brings people together and makes the hostel vibe unforgettable!

What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Under 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Promoting daily activities (karaoke, beer pong, food nights, pub crawls, etc.) by talking to guests, writing the board, and sharing updates on socials or stories.

Helping organize and run events β€” making sure everything runs smoothly, encouraging participation, setting up and cleaning up if needed.

Socializing with guests throughout the day and especially during events β€” helping new arrivals feel included and creating a friendly atmosphere.

Taking fun photos and short videos during events or around the hostel for Instagram and other social media channels.

Helping create a positive vibe in the common areas by being present, approachable, and part of the community.

Activities & Shift

Working shift are 6 days a week / 4 hours a day. It can be split shift.
