The experience
Volunteers are very helpful round the house, their main job is to greet and welcome the guest (check in and show them the house), helping keeping the place clean and tidy and help around in our rooftop bar the days that opens. Some other tasks might come like opening the door to providers and other people.
We have wholesome environment were the staff is family.
What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Bartending:
Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
Night Shift:
Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Requirements
Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English
Between 21 and 40 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
Be from outside Ecuador

Program Details
Our volunteer program work by exchanging accommodation for working services, these services are cleaning the hostel, welcoming the guests and helping around when other activities are active like fleamarkets, yoga classes or rooftop bar for example.
Activities & Shift
Check that guests comply with the rules of the house, make collections on their shift if they deserve it, take care of the bar and the inventory of it. Rules
We have a room available with bunk bed and bathroom to share with another person from the staff. It is not possible to receive visits during shift hours or enter people outside the team to the staff facilities.
