My stay at the hostel was great! Catarina and the full time staff Augustin and Caline are so helpful and welcoming. The tasks are all very reasonable and the work hours are respected unless there is an emergency with a guest. I loved staying in Faro, it's a smaller city so it's much more relaxed and you feel like a local. It was my first volunteer experience with worldpackers and I would absolutely recommend it to other travelers! Thank you Catarina for an amazing experience 🫶🫶

After some initial confusion around starting dates, I really enjoyed my stay. The hostel is spotless, which volunteers contribute to, and is in a great the hostel. Catarina is a lovely host, and is fun and easy to chat to. Agustín and Caline - the full time staff - are very the hostel too. The work hours are totally respected, and the tasks are simple. I was able to extend my stay, and I would have stayed longer if I could!

I had a great time at the hostel. Catarina was flexible with me and understanding with some mishaps that happened with the schedule while I was there. I really needed a the hostel to stay in faro and she helped me out. I appreciate that.

I stayed 2 weeks at the hostel and had a great time. The work was easygoing and working hours were always respected. I stayed here together with another volunteer and we had the same days off which was very nice because then you could spend these days together. The Hostel is very relaxed and laid-back. Catarina was very nice and welcoming and would always help you if you had any questions! Thank you!

I had the best time in faro. The place and the tasks were exactly what I expected and I felt welcomed from the first day on. Katarina and Augustin are super friendly and always there to help within a minute. I would absolutely recommend the experience! 🥰😇

It was my second Worldpackers experience and I had an amazing time staying at this hostel🤍!! From the beginning it was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and felt like a second home!! Catarina and Agustín are a very good team, organising everything and are happy to help by any question. The tasks were absolutely fine and very good to manage. By any questions Catarina was always available and would help within second. All in all I am so thankful for the whole experience and would definitely recommend being a volunteer at this hostel!! Thanks to all of you for making my stay so unforgettable🥰

I stayed at the hostel three weeks and loved my experience there. the hostel is quite small and pretty quiet but it has everything you need and feels like home🥰 Catarina and Agustin are super the hostel and help you immediately with any questions regarding the hostel and your work, as well as giving you recommendations for what you can do in faro and the hostel region. There was always one other volunteer with me and we even got the same days off which was perfect for doing day trips together! Thank you Catarina, Sara, Lina and Agustin, I had a very good time🤍

It has been a rewarding experience on many levels. Catarina makes everything easier even when you're not at the hostel yet and she is so organized and always willing to help. During all this experience, I felt like at home, thanks also to the warmth of Agustín and my partner from Worldpackers. The hostel's tasks comply with the established hours and you always have the help of a member of the team in case you need something. The location is fantastic and Faro is a very charming city. I felt at ease here and learned so many things that I would apply on a daily basis. Thanks to all the team ❤️

This was a great experience!! Catarina was so kind and really welcomed me with open arms. Housekeeping and doing reception was pretty easy and I never felt over worked. Catarina is also incredibly responsive, if you have a question at virtually any hour of the day she will respond to your message in under a minute. Also there is a lot of communal space at the hostel which made it very easy to meet people coming in. Thank you for having me Catarina! I had an incredible time :)
