Spent four weeks volunteering at the camping — what a ride! Mornings by the sea, helping out at the surf school, and getting my hands dirty with camp life. Every day brought something new. If you're into nature, waves, and staying active, it's definitely worth it. Fay, the chief 🫡, always has everything under control and keeps the camp running smoothly with a warm, welcoming smile. Grateful for the time spent there :)

Absolutely recommend! I had such an amazing time at the camping. (In pre-season) the tasks are easy and you have lots of free time to explore the island and grab a board to surf if there are waves. The food is delicious, people are very chill and the island itself is peaceful. In high season it gets way more busy in terms of people, activities and tasks which was also very nice to be part of. They also try to organise activities for crew to bond and unwind together after a busy day. Many thanks!!

My 5-week stay at the camping was great. It was very easy to integrate into the team. The work is simple, and there's plenty of time to explore the island or surf. I'm very grateful to have learned so many new things and to have met interesting people.

The camping Vlieland is amazing. The crew (be prepared to meet a lot of dutchies!), the camp and Vlieland are lovely. People are always very friendly and chill. There's a lot of free time and always activities to do!! Lekker ;))

Had the best time at the camping Vlieland! Fay, Jan, Sophie, and Lotte are the best team and great people! The work is easy and fun and everyone helps out around the camp. Plenty of time to surf and explore the island. Vlieland is a beautiful place with great beaches, cool village and many outdoor activities. I will miss it for sure! 10/10 would recommend.

🌊🌎🌕🌞 amazing experience! Work was easy and it was easy to ask the hosts for help if you were unsure about something. Jan, Sophie, and Fay were really good for including us volunteers in group activities and recommending things to do the camping island :) Food is AMAZING and I feel like the experience really helped me reconnect with nature. Anyone that likes the outdoors and nice community vibe should come here!!
