I genuinely feel so lucky to have been able to work at the hostel, as the people who work there are some of the best people I have ever met. Leaving was incredibly difficult, but I am hopeful that I will return soon. I cannot recommend this experience enough!! They really do an amazing job at integrating you into the team and making Flores feel like a home. I was so nervous about coming because it was my first WorldPackers experience, but this experience exceeeeedddeeeddd my already incredibly high expectations for this trip.

The greatest thing about my time at the hostel were the people. You truly feel like part of a family. The tasks are easy and like agreed upon. I would 100% recommend volunteering here! Shut-out to Diego who does an amazing job at making everyone feel welcome and seen.

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel. The staff, other volunteers and the overall vibe of the place made it feel like a second home. The hostel has everything and Flores is nothing short than magical. Working at the nightbar was an amazing experience - I got to meet nice people every evening while creating and serving drinks. Thank you the hostel for the Memories!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Las the hostel. The Staff and other volunteers made the place feel like a home away from home. The hostel itself is so beautiful and flores is a slice of paradise. I was able to design the Yoga classes to suit my style and being able to teach every morning helped my practice grow expendentionally. Thank you the hostel, I'll hopeful be back soon

I arrived as a yoga teacher, but due to their mistake after a few days arrived another yoga teacher. At first I was told that we'll be having 2 yoga classes but after they said that they didn't need to teachers so offered me to work at the bar, which I was not interested in (the other teacher was not offered the same) It felt like they were just looking for excuses to let me go: accusing me of not doing properly the reception work (however they never told me about my mistakes before and just said "we were observing you and this and that was not right). Huge miscommunication.

It was a really good experience. We really liked the trust and autonomy we were given throughout the volunteering period. We were in a period of transition and many changes, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the volunteering. We met a lot of people and got to know Flores and the surrounding area. It's very pleasant to work with other volunteers, as it makes it even easier to meet new people. Many thanks to all of you for this great experience.

So the hostel is beautiful, the food (especially the breakfast) is amazing, Flores is adorable, and the hosts and staff are amazing. Meeting this people was the highlight of my time there. BUT there is definitely a lot of space for improvement. The volunteers don't live at the hostel - we live in a nearby house that is basically falling apart. And the job itself, even though is pretty easy, is very unorganized. I was there during a change in management so I believe it's usually better but it was a real mess in the beginning. Still, the place has so much potencial and I still had a lot of fun!

I loved my time at the hostel! The staff is absolutely lovely and it was so hard for me to say goodbye. Everyone is super open hearted and welcomes you immediately. I worked in the night bar and from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.. You have to be aware that you will most likely party a lot, drink alcohol (if you want) and stay up really late. The volunteers live in a different house with kitchen and living room. Everything is simple but still nice. I met amazing people in my time there and created memories I will always remember! Thank you Georgie and the staff for everything <3!!

Overall had a good time volunteering at the hostel everyone was friendly and helpful I mainly worked in the garden bar which was a great place to work. I am vegan and they were accomodating of this just make sure to be clear to kitchen staff when you order your dinner. Make sure to check your room has AC as it's hot in Flores!

My four weeks at the hostel were far more than I expected in the best way possible. Teaching yoga in the mornings and working reception in the evenings was the perfect schedule for me. The volunteer house is separate from the hostel which allows the volunteers to really bond and get to know each other well. Meals are delicious and be sure to do all the tours you can with the discounts. Heads up: Learn/practice as much Spanish as you can before you arrive and bring LOTS of mosquito repellent as there's many in Flores. Muchas gracias! <3
