My experience with the home was truly remarkable! I enjoyed spending time with Cherry and the twins as they are amazing, smart, curious children. I also really enjoyed all the delicious food and with my days off I was able to explore much of Hanoi.

I loved my experience at Happy Valley Academy. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming and i enjoyed getting to learn about the Vietnamese culture, celebrations and food. The children were fun to work with always eager to learn and they loved playing with me. Would totally redo the experience if given the chance

I had such a great experience at Happy Valley Academy. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The kids were so cute and fun to work with! I miss them so much. Work hours were consistent which was nice because you could plan your time off accordingly.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Enjoyed time with the kids, especially the smallest one, she was absolutely adorable! The food was really really good and we got enough freedom to explore surrounding areas on our free time. However, the living conditions weren't as good. The rooms and the bathroom were quite dirty. The schedule most of the time was the same as agreed on.

Anh and Thang are lovely people with a beautiful home and welcomed us kindly! Everyday we got to try new delicious foods and I am very thankful Anh catered to my vegetarian diet everyday! We stayed in our own private room with a bathroom with was very nice! This room also had air-con which was lovely as it was very hot! Our days were scheduled of teaching the twins English in the morning for 1.5 hours and the afternoon for 1.5 hours. Throughout the day playing and helping with very cute Cherry! We loved our time here and will miss it very much!

Our days consisted of getting up at 8 and eating breakfast, then we would spend time teaching their daughter Cherry until lunchtime around 12. We would take a 2 hour break then play with Cherry again until the twins got home around 4. We would spend a couple hours tutoring the twins until dinner time. We did end up working more hours than anticipated, but we loved spending time with the kids. We went out a couple times with the family to get local food and my husband played soccer! Sadly, we had to leave early due to a family emergency, but we were so grateful for the time we had!
