The experience

We are looking for amazing bubbly people to join our small hostel based in Gili Trawangan Indonesia (2 hours from Bali). We are expecting our volunteers to be the best part of the hostel life. Just bring joy and good vibes and make sure everyone has the best stay in our venue. You will need a bubbly and social personality, being able to speak to everybody and love partying (This is a party island).

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We are expecting you to make guests feel like a home away from home and help them to connect with other guests, we truly believe that meeting new people is the core value of travelling and we need help with that.
Party is a big part of the position as we have a bar inside the hostel, so if you are a partyy animal, a great leadership mindset and are not shy please join us

Activities & Shift

-Welcoming guests
-Promoting activities such as Snorkeling tours or Sunset tours (we have our own boat)
-Organizing daily evening activities such as drinking games, Quiz, Genderbender night etc...
-Make sure the guests don't need anything and give recommendations about the island
-Bring guests to a partner bar every evening

Rules

-Strictly no drugs
-No outside guests after 11 pm
-No outside alcohol
-No noise after 11 pm
-Minimum stay of 10 days
