This place is a dream! I absolutely loved it; the hostel is beautiful. Even though the pool was cold because of the winter, I still went in every morning. The spaces and my room were amazing. My work was in the kitchen, with very simple tasks, and the hours were always respected. The owners are wonderful people, and we shared some fun activities together. There was plenty of food, amazing friends, and the sea just 5 minutes away, with stunning beaches nearby. The town is peaceful, affordable, and easy to reach from Antalya (300 liras by bus). I loved it and can't wait to return in summer!Tk💜

This was the best volunteer experience I ever had. I ran the breakfast bar and led hostel activities. I was able to meet so many travellers in these roles and had SO much free time after my shift. Something I really valued about the experience was that it was valued wanting to spend time with guests and other staff. spent time together at the beach, hostel, town, restaurants, bars and hiking. The sense of community is unmatched to any hostel I have ever stayed it. All in all, the month I spent at Sol and Blu was exciting and wild, I cannot recommend volunteering here enough.

Absolutely loved my time volunteering at this hostel! From the moment I arrived, the staff and hosts made me feel completely at home. They were so accommodating and genuinely welcoming, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was clear they cared deeply about creating a positive experience for everyone there. The team organized fun activities almost every day, which made it easy to meet other travelers and volunteers and really added to the sense of community. They made the hostel feel like more than just a place to stay, it felt like a family.

Onur was a fantastic host—super welcoming and always flexible with my schedule if I had plans. He gave great local recommendations and genuinely cares about making your hostel experience the best it can be. I worked the breakfast shift, which was fantastic since I always had afternoons free to explore and hang out with guests. The team of volunteers and staff were amazing, and I've definitely made some friends for life. Couldn't recommend it more!

The hostel was my first volunteer experience. The location is stunning making it a popular spot for volunteers/travellers so meeting people was easy! I worked in housekeeping and the kitchen and would recommend doing both! Housekeeping was demanding work especially in the heat, but if you work methodically then you can usually finish early. The kitchen is a standard 5 hour day. I managed to go on a boat tour with some guests, went hiking and went out to nearby beaches on my days off so would highly recommend making the most of these!

I had a fantastic time volunteering at Sole'n Blu Hostel! I worked as a housekeeper, and while the work was a bit hard, I considered it great exercise. The working hours were reasonable, and sometimes I even finished early, which was a bonus. The people at the hostel are incredibly nice and welcoming, making it a joy to be part of the team. The hostel itself is amazing, with beautiful surroundings, and the breakfast is lovely. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and already miss Sole'n Blu. I would highly recommend volunteering here to anyone looking for a great experience!

Sole n' blu had been the best experience ever, i didn't expect such a great time with great people like this ❤️ i met friends and local staff that will be part of my heart and i will remember this experience forever. I worked at first in the housekeeping shift and then at the breakfast bar/kitchen, tasks are easy and you have a lot of time to explore the peninsula and the beautiful town of Kaş. I recommend this place to everyone 💕

I had a good experience at the hostel! When I first arrived it felt a little unorganised, I was told to wait at the bar for a few hours and wasn't sure who was in charge. The team were super nice though!! I did housekeeping and breakfast and found both of them enjoyable, breakfast had slightly better hours and gave me time to explore the city and beaches. It's 5 hours of work 6 days a week which doesn't leave you many full days off though! Also I didn't witness myself but heard of one of the managers yelling at another volunteer in front of guests which I don't think is appropriate.

Sole'n blu is the place to be. It was my first volunteer experience and I loved every second of it. I met amazing people including the staff and the guests in the hostel. The working hours were respected and if you do your job carefully, you're not forced to work 5 hours. So you can work less but make sure that the job is perfectly and entirely done. I had plenty of time exploring the sorroundings, including Kas and even other sites and cities in the region. We were given amazing breakfast and delicious lunch made by Ünzile. All in all, I would recommend this experience to everyone.
