Join our international family of travelers! Fun and connection are at our core. We're looking for adventurous souls ready to dive into unique experiences. At the heart of our festive backpacker spirit, we offer exciting activities: try Volcano Boarding on Cerro Negro; enjoy sunsets and camping at the top of volcanoes; and join our nightly events to connect and create unforgettable memories with fellow travelers.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Between 19 and 36 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
