Working as a volunteer at samesame coliving in a nutshell:
Working at samesame there are various rotating tasks between shifts and based on necessity mainly revolving around our terrace bar/event space, called insitu. As this space is a functioning bar for internal and external public most tasks have to do with preparing and operating in the space at insitu.
A not specified but highly valued and encouraged "task" for anyone in the team is to help building the community in any way you could think of. This is a very important way of being for us as we value our community and believe that it is one of our gratest strenghts as a coliving. We are always looking for new suggestions and activities to integrate newcomers and to make people truly feel at home as much as possible.
