Staying with Mama and the farm felt like being part of their family. Our time was mostly spent with MamaSao, who is super kind and sweet. She cooked wonderful food for us that we had never tried before, like sticky rice in a bamboo stick. We spent our time spinning the yarn and sorting leaves for making brooms and sometimes weeding. PapaSao had a lot of interesting things to say and teach us, and even in such a short amount of time we learned a lot from him. We consider him a very smart and innovative man. We wish him and his wife the best, and we hope to see them again.

We truly loved our time at the farm and Mama Sao's farm. They are incredibly kind and do their best to make you feel comfortable and happy. We helped in the garden every morning and had the afternoons free. Mama Sao taught me how to make a bag using traditional weaving techniques, which was a really good experience. It is a wonderful place if you want to be surrounded by nature and take some time to rest.

I had such a rewarding and interesting experience at the farm's farm. The farm is so in touch with nature, and the farm and mama sao are such caring and wonderful people. I only stayed a short time but definitely recommend staying longer if you have time, to immerse yourself into the lifestyle and get to know them better. I am grateful to have experienced this farm stay as a person who has stayed at way too many hostels and wanted a change of scenery and routine and to learn more. I wish the very best for both of them!!

My stay at the farm's farm was amazing. I came across this place on a volunteering website worldpackers. In the world that is always rushing, this is like a little peaceful oasis where time seems to go slower. Everything is done slowly with enjoyment, yet all the tasks get done. It is a place where you can truly reconnect with nature. You walk in the jungle, eat organic food which you collect during the day, even sleep surrounded by the sounds of nature. the farm treats you like family, with kindness and care. It was a top experience.

I can't even put into words how good this place made me feel or how much I missed it the moment I left. Beyond the beauty of experiencing a simple life right in the middle of nature, the farm is such a warm and genuine person. His wife Sawedee is just as same. I feel so lucky to meet them. the farm always does his very best for you. You stay in a small shelter.( not fully closed off on the sides but you have net and a beautiful scenery) The food is made with fresh vegetables that the farm picks himself..He taught us so many things and gave us souvenirs to take home. Thanks a lot!

The stay was exactly as described, and the farm is very welcoming and very nice. The surroundings are beautiful, and we even went to a small waterfall. If you're looking to get closer to nature, this is the place!

Had such a beautiful experience with the farm, who was so warm and welcoming. I got to participate in the rice harvest, which was hard but rewarding work (and we were encouraged to take breaks or end for the day whenever we wanted). Accomodation is just as described, clean and comfortable. So great being in nature and learning about Karen culture. Only stayed 3 days but would happily come back for more!

My time on the farm was incredibly immersive. the farm has the kindest soul and introduced me to his family, Karen culture, and amazing campfire-cooked food. There wasn't work to be done, as rice planting had just finished, so I mostly spent my time relaxing and weaving a Karen bag with Mama Sao. Facilities are extremely basic - you cannot get much more connected to nature than this! Thanks for the memories, the farm!

We had such a great time with the farm! he is so interesting to be around and always brings such warm, positive energy. we spent 4 days at the farm and despite catching a little cold had a wonderful time and felt really taken care of. the facilities are really basic but it's wonderful to be in close touch with nature (no fridge, shower, dirt floors & outdoor sleeping). when we were there there wasn't too much to do, but the farm still made sure to have an activity for us every day, going to the waterfall, getting fruit, finding wood to burn, or making bamboo cups. would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely first Worldpackers with the farm. It isn't rice season at the moment but we got to learn lots of other things such as different plants in the mountains and on the farm - we were able to have some of them for breakfast, lunches and dinners which were delicious and well-sized portions. We learnt about karen tribe culture, language and how to make karen clothing with mama sao. We were very grateful to be able to celebrate songkran with the village and met lots of lovely people and the traditions surrounding the holiday. I would really recommend staying with the farm and Mama Sao.
