This was my first experience as a volunteer. The tasks are easy and Jaira is readily available when you need help. She's very kind and flexible with the schedule when requested. I had a great time and met wonderful people! The hostel is very quiet but located just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful beach :) Obrigada por tudo. ❤️

The experience overall was good. The host was very welcoming, she showed me around town the first day and provided me with all i needed. She was flexible to requests. The hostel itself was good. You will share the room with other volunteeres/guests. The place is good if you wanna stay away from the noise and crowd of the city. Neighbourhood is quiet. Keep in mind that Salvador centre is more than an hour away by bus.

Everything was Ok but I feel it is more a pousada than a hosel. Really calm. Also the work was more limpeza than reception. If you want to live in a really calm/casual place and have a lot of free time I guess it is for you.

I spent two weeks in the hostel, the hostel is simple but clean. Jaira is really nice, the hostel is located in Itapúa where the beaches are awesome, but it is far from the center of Salvador, we have to take a Uber or a bus (1h) to reach main points of Salvador. It is really calm, quiet, it is good if this is what you're seeking.

I was more than welcomed, the hosts made me feel comfortable from the first moment. Tasks are clearly defined and explained. I intend to go back to see them on my next trip to Brazil, thank you for everything.

Minha experiência no hostel foi incrível! Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e não poderia ter sido mais incrível. A Jaira é uma mãezona, levava comidinhas, doces e frutas pra gente. As tarefas são bem definidas e explicadas e a escala semanal é enviada com antecedência. A conexão com os outros voluntários foi perfeita e me senti com uma nova família. O Hostel é extremamente aconchegante, e eu me sentia na minha própria casa. Fica numa boa região do hostel e é bem calmo, ótimo pra relaxar (os rolês clássicos de Salvador ficam um pouco longes e é necessário pegar Uber ou ônibus).

Tive bons momentos no hostel . O hostel fica em uma área tranquila e pertinho da praia. A instalação é boa e os horários eram cumpridos. Jaira é uma anfitriã super flexível e amigável vou sentir saudades ❤️

El hostel es un lugar tranquilo, con un ambiente familiar, más parecido al de una posada que a un Hostel regular. Está ubicado también en una zona tranquila, alejado del centro y del área histórica. Fue mi primera experiencia y estuvo bien, las tareas fueron siempre claras, recomiendo este lugar para quienes buscan justamente esto, no hay mucha sociabilizacion con los huéspedes pero a mí me tocó un hermoso grupo de compañeros voluntarios que nos acompañamos y disfrutamos juntos!

Fue genial, la anfitriona muy amable tuve un excelente tiempo mientras hacía el voluntariado esta un poco lejos del centro y si quieres desconectar es una buena opción playas hermosas al rededor .
