Wild the hostel was definitely an experience that you need to be prepared for! It was loads of fun and lots of opportunities to do different things and challenge yourself. Some weeks I worked over the agreed hours which was frustrating. It was also a shame the management felt they needed to threaten volunteers for the work to be done properly. The works fairly easy to get around but is manual work. I completely understand and respect why the hostel has such high standards of cleanliness, so you definitely need to get behind it for the job! I loved Bratislava and would go back!!

Volunteering at Wild the hostel was my first worldpackers experience. It couldn't have been better! The team and the two managers of Wild and Urban are awesome and welcoming. The job is doable, the atmosphere is nice and the parties are amazing! I've met more interesting and friendly people here than anywhere. I would tell everyone who plans to apply: only go there if you are a very social person who can adapt to circumstances and doesn't mind different types of work. If you are someone like that, you will have the best time, this is an amazing place!:)

My time at the Wild the hostel was amazing!! Although my job and duties were a bit different than the other volunteers, it seemed like everyone enjoyed each and every day. The daily activities, dinners, and of course most of all, the pub crawls make this hostel probably one of the best places to consider volunteering at!! Honestly cannot wait to return (hopefully sooner than later🤞)

I stayed for 3 weeks at the wild the hostel and I really enjoyed my time there. We had a big room for all the volunteers which was super nice. The hostel is also right in the city center so it s easy to explore Bratislava and on top of that the hostel does daily activities so u ll never have a boring day while u r staying there.

It was my first time volunteering and the experience was fantastic. In this hostel you feel as if you were at home, I had never felt that in the other ones where I have been. The crew is very accessible and there is always an atmosphere of confidentiality. Working hours and the agreement of what they offer are respected. The city of Bratislava is perfect if you are looking for have parties with friends, everything is close to the Hostel and if you like walking you can arrive wherever you want by feet. Very recommended ✨

Such a unique and fun experience! It's easy to meet and make friends fast! I was there in midst of opening the new Wilds so that was interesting and fulfilling to be apart of. It's like a big family everyone looks out for one another. The work is similar to as described although it can vary from day to day. Highly recommend especially if you're looking to meet people and friends from all over. Any questions feel free to reach out :)

I had a great time here and would highly recommend to other travelers who are interested in volunteering at a hostel, especially a party hostel. Everyone was super welcoming and nice, staff and guests included. I met a lot of people and made some really great connections. It was super easy to communicate with volunteers and staff here, especially if you needed help with something. I felt quite at home here and really enjoyed my time painting in the few weeks I had. The hostel itself was very nice and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Would highly recommend :)

An absolute movie of a time. All the things I've heard about the hostel/Urban the hostel were true (in a good way)! I did the social media and it was awesome. Freddy honestly gave me free range which was super nice. The staff dorm is pretty brutal, we didn't have outlets in the room while I was there and it was pretty gross (mainly the volunteers fault tho lol). The alcohol was cheap and the parties were insane. Can't wait to come back once the new Wilds is open!!

I will never forget this experience. The work is easy and you also do it together with other volunteers so you have a good time working. In the hostel there are daily activities and pubcrowls so you will always have fun here. The volunteers are wonderful, my new family

I had an absolutely fantastic time painting murals at Urban the hostel!! I got creative freedom and as long as I hit 25 hours, my schedule was up to me! The hostel has the most amazing staff of volunteers and runs fun daily activities and pub crawls that I joined all the time. I felt immediately welcome here and I explored parts of Bratislava that most people don't make the time to. I loved it here, it's a the hostel unlike any I've ever stayed or worked at :)
