We share meals and engaging in authentic and traditional activities around the island. During this period everyone will work half days from 8 am -1pm . Two shared meals will be provided daily. Breakfast items will be provided and it will be your responsibly to make and clean up. You will be sharing accommodation in large TENTS ,though the tents are comfortable with indoor bathrooms and beds the weather can be wet and windy. We ask that you contribute to household chores and clean up after your selves.. Sundays every week are free.

Activities & Shift

Everyone will work the same shifts in the mornings. The days start with breakfast and a debrief for the day and then we work until lunch.
We need people who are physically fit, not afraid of heights and can use critical thinking. Working very well in a team. You must be able to work under a chain of command and independently. We need clean and rebuild our large tents, prepare the gardens, maintain furniture, open our restaurant and paint everything so its fresh to start the summer.
