What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Program Details

This position is not just about taking guests out — it’s about truly building a family and creating a great atmosphere together.
We’re looking for someone who puts their heart into it, helps bring people together, and makes sure everyone feels part of the vibe. It’s super important for us that you become part of the family and the energy of the place.

If you’re an independent person who prefers to do their own thing, this probably isn’t the right fit. But if you love connecting with others and bringing fun wherever you go — you’ll fit right in!

We need someone who socializes naturally and takes care of our guests during activities — someone who makes everyone feel included and welcome.

*️ In exchange for bed in the hostel. Some dinner of the activities.
*️ You will get to know the Spanish and Catalan culture from the heart of the city.
*️ Great opportunity to improve your Spanish or have a go at learning the basics.
*️ Live in Barcelona as a local. Get to know all the corners of the city. Hikes, beach, clubs and restaurants.
*️ Good to learn the skills of a receptionist in a hostel/guest house.
*️ Meet people and make amazing new friends from all over the world every day.

Activities & Shift

In this position, you will have the opportunity to gather travelers and help them socialize. You will organize day activities such as sunset hikes, taking guests on tapas tours, and walking to different places in the city.
At night, you will lead guests to some of the best clubs and bars, and participate in family dinners.
Even though this role is all about activities, sometimes a little help with other tasks is needed. We’re looking for someone friendly and eager to pitch in — always checking if they can help and happy to lend a hand whenever needed.
