Simone is kind, respectful, and provides constructive criticism when needed. This was my first Worldpackers experience, and she welcomed me with open arms and treated me with compassion. She is never anything but supportive and encouraging, even if you make a mistake. The work takes some adapting to if you're not used to the heat, but Simone is very understanding as long as you're trying your best. The area is beautiful, the snorkeling/diving is a real treat.
