Wow! My time as a student & volunteer at the project completely satisfied my desire to experience a more embodied way of life. From cutting fresh herbs, mending fences, planting, weeding, watering, (and sampling!) to then weighing and packaging the final product, ALL of my senses were happy and engaged. Diving into a new field of knowledge also allowed me to be curious, and that is where both Stavros and Katerina were exquisite teachers, always eager to share what they've learned. I am privileged to have been part of their beautiful landscape and am forever thankful for their generosity.

My time at the project was truly an amazing experience and opportunity. I am beyond grateful to Stavros and Michalis for such a warm welcome and treating me as one of their own. The work was very fair (if not a bit easy) and the accommodations were great. I had to rent a scooter for transportation to get around the island. Paros is a stunning place with delicious food and beautiful beaches. Most of all, I am so thankful for all the people I met on the island and again to Stavros and Katarina for showing me such hospitality. I would recommend this experience to anyone!
