I had the best experience in this the hostel. I met so many great people and made friends for a lifetime. The hours are very reasonable and it's so much fun to talk to the locals. Although Seoul is like an hour away and working at night can sometimes be inconvenient. Nevertheless I would 100% recommend it. I have made so many precious friends and memories. Will never forget this trip!

I had a great time the hostel! Couldn't have wanted better for my first time in Korea. We shared an apartment with the other volunteers which is 7min away on foot from the hostel where we work. The work is usually in the evening and is very easy. You get to talk and socialize with locals! Oscar provides us staple foods like bread, eggs and ramen, which is very convenient. Everything is within a walking distance from the accommodation. Getting to Seoul takes about 1h but it's easily accessible. I had so much fun and made lifelong friends, thank you! Hope to meet again in the future 😊

This is a great experience to chat with locals! The hours start at 5pm on weekdays and 1pm on Saturdays with Sunday off. The accommodation is actually 1 hour from Seoul but it is right next to the train station and it costs about $1-$2 one-way. The accommodation is in a local non-touristy area where no one speaks English. The food given is eggs and ramen, so budget money for groceries and going out to eat ($10-$20 per meal). Most of us shop at the convenience store right outside the accommodation for food. Make sure to be exactly on time because being late is not acceptable! Highly recommend!

I had a great time staying here! It is great to meet so many locals and form friendships. I even went to a Baseball game with the other volunteers and some students from the language studio. It definitely made Korean culture more accessible and I learned a lot during the conversations. Oscar is a great Host that made me feel welcome. The hours are fair. But be aware that the work is in the afternoon and to get to Seoul and back takes some time. But the hostel is Great for exploring Incheon and surrounding areas. And the accommodation is near the subway and a bar/restaurant hot spot.

I absolutely loved being a part of the language studio! The work is easy and you meet amazing people. I learned so much about life in Korea, their individual struggles and goals and was always given great recommendations by the students :) It was heartbreaking to leave them behind :') The accommodation is a basic apartment that covers everything you might need. Oscar was very generous in stocking up basic foods and replacing broken utilities. After a while, the hostel felt like a home to me <3 Thank you for everything!

I had a nice stay at the language café! The work is easy, and it's a great way to meet locals and learn about Korean culture. Oscar is a good host, always friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very close to the subway and makes it really easy to go to Seoul.

As an introvert, I thought working at the studio would be challenging, but it was a wonderful experience! Every student is there for a reason, be it studying abroad or becoming fluent in English, so they're eager to talk and learn. The apartment is nice and well located, but it takes 1h to go to Seoul by metro, so keep that in mind when going out. Oscar's a great host, although it's a bit sad that he doesn't interact much with the volunteers outside the studio. Overall, I'm really grateful for this experience, especially for the Korean and international friends that I made! Obrigada! <3

This was my 1st WP and I can definitely say it was a great start. The apartment Oscar provides is really nice and fully equiped. He also always promptly orders or hands it to us himself any of the items that are part of the arrangemet when we run out of them. The location is good, there are lots of places to eat nearby and the subway is super near. The work hours are respected and a lot of times even smaller than agreed to. I had a good time talking to the people who go to the hostel and even made some friends! I would've liked to stay longer, but unfortunately we already had some other plans.
