The experience

This role is reserved for people who love socializing, and speak fluent English, are outgoing and are looking to help create high quality vibes at the hostel. If you don’t enjoy putting yourself out there, having a drink and a laugh, this position is probably not best for you.

Events range from group beach cleans to parties with live DJs, but also Beer Pong tournaments, games nights , trivias, or or any activity that creates a vibe.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 21 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

For this position you need to be proactive, self-structure and organized, since you have certain tasks that need to be done at a certain hour and fix hours when the events have to be hosted.

Rules

If you are not outgoing and love to get people together or talk in front of a crowd (hosting trivia, beerpong etc.) this is not the right position for you.
