You will be helping us check guests in and out, making the new beds for the guests checking in, washing the old sheets and duvets, and just trying to maintain a generally awesome atmosphere around the Hostel! * Minimum commitment of 3 months

Pros Nice area, groceries twice a week, you can get paid if you work more than 5 shifts Cons Honestly the living conditions were really disappointing there were holes in the walls and in the shower, there were spider webs in the bathroom and the room was dirty when I got there. There's a lot more that happened if your a girl I definitely think you should reach out to me before you come here

Location is amazing as you have literally everything you need and all the attractions like museums,monuments,bars,restaurants,grocery stores, are all within 20 min walking. •ownership brings you groceries on the 1st and 15th. •you can pick your schedule and get paid for any extra hours •Some of the best kitchens I've had at a hostel and a greta patio/deck •you pick your own schedule The only tricky thing is to know which showers are the best and to remember to always have your shoes off.

The hostel nomad is a good place. You will meet people from different countries and practice your English and even other languages. Schedule is flexible so you can enjoy everything DC has to offer. Location is great, 2 blocks away from the metro station and a short walk to the Capitol They are really welcoming and will help you if you need it. It was a great summer experience

Everything at DuoHousing Hostel was as agreed and even more!! I highly recommend people that would like to volunteer in Washington D.C. or USA in general to consider DuoHousing Hostel as the owner is a very energetic and social person that knows 5 languages. True polyglot. The staff are friendly as well and the hostel is clean, tidy, provides breakfast and has more perks that are stated in the volunteer opportunity (always sweet to get more than what you bargained for, right?). 10/10 Worldpackers first experience.
