The experience

Our friendly, social hostel is looking to strengthen its existing team with a talented and responsible individual with great hospitality skills.

We are offering the chance to teach and develop people in the are of running hostels. 3 days per week in exchange for free accommodation. please reach out if this interests you.

People that can stay for 6 months will be prioritised

What you offer

10 hours of help per day

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Program Details

We are looking for volunteers to supervise and run the day-to-day activities and tasks during the manager's time off. Supervisors should be reliable, independent, and able to identify and resolve situations. We are looking for social and friendly people interested in hospitality management. full references will be provided for people who commit to 6 months

Activities & Shift

Tasks include:
- Supervising the team on shift
- Running the day-to-day activities of the hostel
- Cashing-up
- Problem resolution
- Daily administrative tasks
- On-call nights
