The experience was enhanced because I got to meet some amazing people - both volunteers and locals. Some of the staff that worked there was nice, some not so much. The host herself didn't show much hostility towards me, but did so to other volunteers while I was there, which made me uncomfortable. She treated them poorly and didn't seem to be open to anything that went against what she wanted. Overall, needs more flexibility and less passive-aggressiveness. The food was really good, but reduced once the host was there. The place is very peaceful overall. Near the beach, and amenities.

I missed cordiality and politeness in dealing with the team, and especially gratitude towards those who opened the doors of their home to welcome with respect and fraternity. Intrigue, hostility, and gossip have no place at the Casarão—especially when coming from some volunteers. Listening to half a conversation and making prejudgments involving staff is unacceptable and does not earn my respect. On top of all that, there was also the issue of refusing to show personal documents

The experience at the guest house it was amazing! Thanks the guest house team for everything🙏🏻! the guest house it was like a family, they make me feel like home 🏡! Great breakfast 🍳 and always good local food around it ,great vibe and awesome people! Everything was great, nice people and really friendly! I hope to get back soon! Everything it is so close ! The beach it is one block from the guest house and also have 24 hours market also one block from the guest house 🏠! Thanks the guest house family for everything! God bless you all ! 🙏🏻🙌🌎🏠

Tive uma experiência incrível na pousada, os dias são tranquilos, as tarefas são simples e a guest house fica a duas ruas da praia de ponta negra. A equipe é composta por pessoas maravilhosas, me senti muito acolhida por cada um deles. A Darcy é uma anfitriã muito gentil e atenciosa, os horários sempre foram respeitados e o café da manhã é muitooooo bommmm!❤️🥰

Muy buena experiencia, fue mi primera y estoy muy agradecido. La possada muy cómoda y limpia, las tareas fueron segun lo pactado y tranquilas, Darcy excelente anfitriona y persona y el equipo de trabajadores que están aca, lo mismo. Me recibieron muy bien y recomiendo completamente esta experiencia.

Minha experiência na guest house foi muito positiva! É um daqueles lugares que você se sente bem e não dá vontade de ir embora mesmo! Os horários foram respeitados, tanto para as atividades quanto para folgas. As tarefas variam de acordo com o turno, claro, mas sempre foram muito bem explicadas e detalhadas. Natal é incrível, a localização é excelente, enfim, gostei muito de estar na guest house! Muito obrigado à Darcylene pela oportunidade, à Karla pelas orientações, ao seu Zé e aos voluntários pelo ótimo convívio nesse tempo em Natal! Recomendo este voluntariado para todos!

Eu amei o espaço, a gente usa a piscina, o café da manhã é diverso e excelente, cheio de sucos. O quarto tem ar condicionado e a Darcy é uma doçura em pessoas, segue a risca os horários e paga quando fazemos por fora. Seu Zé um fofo, Carla se vc for amigo dela vai se dar muito bem. Perto da praia, almoço diferentes!
