The experience

Be the responsible of fun time at one of the best hostels in Puerto Viejo!
The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks, creating cocktails, handling sales and cash, and keeping track of inventory. The role also involves interacting with guests, helping maintain a fun and lively atmosphere, and making sure everyone enjoys their time at the hostel.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English and Intermediate Spanish

Between 22 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Details:
Minimum stay: 3–4 weeks
25 hours of volunteering per week
Shared AC room for volunteers
Access to shared kitchen, bathrooms, showers, and washing machines


Activities & Shift

Volunteers will work 25 hours per week.
Accommodation is provided in exchange for work only.
Assistance at the reception may also be required from time to time.


Rules

Be punctual and responsible for your assigned shifts.
Keep the shared dormitory clean. Guests or outsiders are not allowed in the volunteers’ room.
Use laundry facilities as specified.
Help maintain the positive vibes at the hostel with staff, fellow volunteers, and guests.
