The hostel is a fantastic place to volunteer. The team is fantastic; everyone is friendly and welcoming. I felt like home. There were four days of training in the beginning, which was super helpful. The tasks are at the reception, bar, and hostel activities, and they are fun and not difficult. I also learned a lot of new things. The volunteer room is shared by four people, and it's very similar to the guest rooms with pod-style beds. At first, I thought the minimum stay of three weeks was too long for me, but I ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed it so much! Antigua is a nice city.

Volunteering at the hostel was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering it. The tasks are fairly easy, the hours are fair, and the team is genuinely amazing. Pampa and Andrea go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and part of the community. The dorms also offer plenty of privacy, and the hostel is consistently clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a social, laid-back place that feel like home. I'm so grateful for my time here and the unforgettable memories and people I met along the way:)

It was my first volunteering experience with Worldpackers, and the hostel set the bar very high. It was an incredible experience for me — I loved the hostel, it's super well located, the people were amazing, and I was able to make great connections with the other volunteers. If you get the chance to volunteer there, do it!!!

The hostel is truly a home away from home. The facilities and location are wonderful, it's by far the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in and the volunteers have their own dorm which I greatly appreciated. The hours are reasonable and a schedule is provided at the beginning of the week, with your two days off always being together so you can go other places. I loved the staff, culture, and vibe of the hostel so much I'd consider going back to Antigua just to work there again.

The hostel is the nicest place to be a volunteer. The work is pretty easy and the hostel is gorgeous. It feels like home. Yonatan, Ana, Ruth, and Pampa were all so kind and welcoming. I highly suggest the hostel to any Worldpackers.

I could not recommend volunteering at the hostel more highly. The hostel is so nice - it's clean, spacious and beautiful but besides that and more importantly the people you meet make it the best experience. The other volunteers were the best and Andrea and Pampa and Yonatan are so welcoming and helpful. I feel so so sad to leave and if you get the chance to come here DO!!!

This is easily one of the best hostel volunteering jobs in Guatemala (and maybe Latin America?). It's the perfect blend of social and chill, and there's enough free time to do all the other things you'd like to do in Guatemala while you're there. Andrea is a great manager and does her best to accommodate everyone's time-off requests, and the volunteer tasks are varied enough that volunteering here stays fresh. The hostel itself feels like a little home and the TV is HUGE. DEFINITELY CHOOSE the hostel!

The hostel has been my favorite volunteer experience so far. The hostel has everything a traveler is looking for; equipped kitchen, social environment, chill spaces, comfortable living space. The job is a little bit of everything; reception, bar, activities in town. Staff is amazing, will definitely miss it here!

The hostel was a lovely place to work for a month. The team of staff was like a family and were all very supportive and caring. The permanent staff especially are all super lovely, and always willing to offer advice or information about Antigua and Guatemala in general. The general vibe of the hostel is really friendly & chill and the facilities are modern & updated. Andrea is very flexible and understanding and all the shifts are straight-forward. Would highly recommend!
