My experience at the hostel was absolutely surreal! From the very first day, I already felt so welcomed by the team and the hostel itself. I worked in the events area, and it was incredibly fun! They give you all the support you need during the shifts, everything is well explained and super organized. The structure of both the hostel and the volunteers' apartment is amazing! The hostel is close to all of Milan's main attractions and is also a perfect place to explore other parts of Italy. I'll never forget this experience and the incredible people I met! GRAZIE! Whole the hostel team!💚🤍❤️

My first volunteer experience and the best place I could ever do it in. Everyone is incredible as a person and on their jobs, you'll meet great leaders, passionate workers and all around great at what they do. I really felt welcomed and had a lot of fun wit absolutely everyone. Thank you truly, I will always have a special place in my heart for this place and everyone in it

My time in the hostel was Amazing. It's a social place that you can make a lot of friends, and the people that working with you also friendly. Viktoria is a good manager. She's care about the volunteer's, and tried to adjust working hours to everyone's wishes. Thank you that you choosed me to be part of your team ❤️

I had an amazing time here, from the video call of the interview, to the warm welcome, to all the respectful and friendly staff, and the opportunity to develop and improve skills and soft skills in hospitality. All the Hours are respected, they really offre and give what they say and im so happy to have improved myself not only as a human being but as professional too. I will really miss this place and the people. I had so much fun in Karaoke nights and other events. I love you all!

This was my first volunteer experience and I don't think it could have been any better! I lived incredible experiences every single day, had so much fun with all the activities, and met amazing people from all over the world! I was warmly welcomed by everyone and always received support with anything I needed. I'm leaving with only great memories from this wonderful place and I highly recommend it to other volunteers and guests as well! P.S. It's definitely the best bar in the area ;)

Volunteering at the hostel has been an amazing opportunity filled with unforgettable memories. The staff and other volunteers were incredibly welcoming and friendly which made it very easy to integrate! The tasks were easy to follow and the work hours and time off were respected. I especially appreciated the flexibility and understanding they displayed whenever schedule changes came up. I would highly recommend volunteering at the hostel to anyone looking for a fun, supportive, and friendly experience! During my stay, everyone became like a family to me and I made many friends. It was truly an amazing experience. I really enjoyed my time both at the bar and at the reception. The tasks were simple, you work 6 hours a day with a 30-minute break and there is always someone ready to help you. I'm very grateful for the patience and support of everyone around me! Even the clients and guests were wonderful people, which made the experience even more amazing. Thank you all for making my stay so special! :)

I feel it's a family composed of friends. But feel sad at each fast departures of every friend. Hope following volunteers will enjoy their time here. It's a good place to make new friends with completely different cultural backgrounds.
