We expect that the volunteers stay constantly in contact with the guests. For that reason, they must be outgoing people, who like to talk and are not shy to approach the guests, invite them to participate of our social activities and, of course, be sure that everything will happen in the way it was planned.
Activities & Shift
Volunteers will not be never alone, they are always trained and accompained by our staff or other experienced volunteers.
Working shifts last 6 hours and for the ones of the BAR it is included a 30 minutes break.
Days off are always two consecutive days to allow volunteers to do as many activities they can and enjoy their experience in Milano.

- It's not allowed to bring people from outside the hostel to sleep over in the dormitory.

- Volunteers can not enter in staff areas when they are not working
