The experience

We are searching an english mothertounge girl that can babysitting our son 5 days a week (afternoons and evenings). He is already understanding and talking in english.
Playing with him and be creative is a must, because he is very active and energetic :-)
We live in Lucca, just 5 min walking distance from the city walls.
You will live in the same building with us, in a studio/room with your own entrance, bathroom and kitchen.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate English

Between 19 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Italy

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We live in Lucca, just 5 min walking distance from the city walls. You will live in the same house with us, but you will have your own studio/bedroom with a private entrance, bathroom and kitchen. You will share this space with another girl (volonteer).

Activities & Shift

April-May
Monday-Friday: 4.15pm-8.15pm

Mid Sept- October:
Monday-Friday: 4.15pm-8.15pm

June-July-August-Mid Sept:
Wed-Thurs-Fri: 4.15pm-8.15pm
Suturday-Sunday: 9.30am-4.30pm OR 4.30pm-11.30pm/12
(2 days off and 26 hours per week. In this period of time, you will share the room with another girl)

Rules

We expect a girl that is responsable, respectful, flexible and creative with our son. No smoking in the house and with our son.
Keep your space clean. It is not possible to invite friends or other people at the house.
