Program Details

On the week end, when there are people coming to eat in our agritourism, we need an extra help in the kitchen. This can be for lunch or dinner or for something we call "merenda sinoira", a sort of light dinner made in the afternoon.
We only prepare dishes of the old Piedmontese tradition, but also pizza and lasagna!

Activities & Shift

During the week, we need some help to prepare the meals for the other volunteers: simple dishes, using our vegetables.
Other tasks include the cleaning of the kitchen and the preparation of juices and jams.
In the weekend the rythm is more intense, because we have customers to satisfy!

Rules

As there are people coming, we ask to be respectful of the timetable, in order to work in an organised way.
