Volunteering in the hostel was incredible, Mederic is super nice, kind and friendly with everyone. If there is any problem he's always there to help! The location of the hostel is perfect and you have lots of free time during the day to visit London and neighbours. I made new friends for life and I am grateful for the time we spent together ❤️ Highly recommend this place

I had a great time at the hostel thanks to the other volunteers I met there. We immediately bonded and we became such a supportive family. Mederic has been a thoughtful and caring host since the first day. The schedule was always respected and flexible and the job wasn't that hard. Just an info for the new people coming: this is not a regular hostel, it's a government charity residency, so you can find really different kinds of people. Overall, it's been a growing and enjoyable experience that I'm gonna carry in my heart.

Mederic is a good host, he was attentive to our requests, when I was volunteering there we were 3 vegetarians and they bought food for us. I had the opportunity to work also as a night porter and I loved it. Thanks, Mederic and everyone, I'll always remember my time at the hostel.

It was my second time in the hostel and again I had a great time. The manager is just the best! And the work is really fair and the hours are more than respected. I would definitely come back for a third time :)

It was my first experience, I really liked it because I was able to practice English, the work is very easy. Mederic is an incredible person, always willing to help, I just wish there were more relaxed environments like a games room or events to bring volunteers together, but in general it was a good experience, good rooms and a clean environment.

I had a really great time at the hostel in London. Volunteering there was an incredibly rewarding experience, and I had a great time contributing to the meaningful work they do. The host was exceptionally kind, offering guidance and support throughout my time there and was always making sure everyone is fine. The positive atmosphere between the volunteers fostered a sense of community, making it a truly fulfilling experience. I am grateful for the chance to be a part of such a compassionate and impactful initiative and I met really nice people there from all over the world:)

I had a very good experience at the hostel in many ways. The manager is a great person always helpful and kind, the work very easy, and I managed to improve my English considerably! It would have been perfect if there had been a few more common areas for volunteers, with board games and such, but the experience remains exceptional and I would definitely do it again!

I had a great time at the hostel. The work is pretty simple, and the environment is pretty friendly, so you can meet a lot of people there. The hostel management is, honestly, pretty good and organized.

Being part of this team is one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. Collaborating with my partners, talking, discussing, exploring, discovering the place, it's all part of being part of this team. I couldn't be more grateful to Mederic, for helping us, and being there for all the volunteers every step of the way, it couldn't have been a better experience, all surrounded by one of the best areas in London, grateful to the whole team, and i hope to coming back soon :)
