The experience

We're looking for a bartender with some experience, as he or she will be running our rooftop bar by him/herself! It's a little rooftop bar with sangría, beers, wines and a few cocktails.
Our hostel is fun but relaxed, attracting interesting people that come to meet other travelers, socialize and chill out. We like bringing life to the hostel and always keeping a great atmosphere, so we need your help with this.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Requirements

Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish

Over 22 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

European Union Passport

Program Details

We'll need a responsible and organized person ready to have fun while proactively running our little rooftop bar and bartending it!
From May but start date is flexible. End date is also flexible, we'll need someone until around end of October.
Shift days and hours can be variable but won't exceed 20 hours per week.


Activities & Shift

- Making a list of stock to be ordered weekly
- Organizing the bar and its processes
- Bartending
- Cleaning up glasses, the bar and it's area


Rules

You can make yourself one free drink per shift, but not more and no getting drunk or taking drugs in the hostel.
