The experience

Aspire Training & Education a school & home to help the children, the backgrounds of them from extreme poverty families, they have never been school before. We're so glad if you are a member of Aspire project. Thank you very much for your valuable time per day or more to learn for cooking food to support the children at Aspire. Your decision to volunteer at Aspire is the hope of Cambodian children.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 18 Per day

Description: We need help from our volunteers, teaching English to children and sharing videos from your time here on social media. We ask a volunteer to contribute $18 per day for private, air conditioned room. You will feel warm as a member of our family and enjoy the children here. Extras: - Food 3 meals $10 US per day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) - Swimming pool $10 US per week - Pick up fee - $5 from Siem Reap and $ 25 from the airport.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Fluent English

Between 18 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Cambodia

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

The volunteer program work is opening from from Monday to Friday (in the morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and in the evening from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM). It's 2 days off Saturday & Sunday.

Activities & Shift

We will ask a volunteer to help with a donation and raise money to support the children. If you are interested to volunteer at Aspire, we will be talk and fill out as a volunteer teacher. With your donations we will arrange in the best way.

- To teach English and play games
- Building school (lay brick & pouring concrete)
- To grow vegetables gardening and cleaning environment
- A tour guide goes to market
- To see sunset behind Aspire Home Stay
- To country side and meeting extreme poverty families of children in community
- Watching traditional Khmer dance performances, showed by children of Aspire
- To provide a certificate of appreciation
