This was a great volunteering experience - especially as my first worldpackers experience. The work was fair and very well organised/ scheduled; you could request particular days off and I still had time to explore. Yuliya is a lovely manager and very patient with staff, especially when I would make a mistake at reception while learning! All the volunteers are very close, and once you settle in you feel very at home. Unfortunately, I had to leave early for medical reasons, and I was so sad to go! Highly recommend ❤️

This was my first worldpackers experience and it was honestly amazing! I could not recommend this hostel more! The work is simple and exactly as it was described, and the schedule is perfect for being able to explore the city and enjoy the nightlife too. All the volunteers are lovely and it honestly has felt like a little family here. I have absolutely loved my time here and recommend this place to everyone !

The work in the hostel it's pretty easy and all the staff's are so adorable, this hostel it's a truly big family, thank you so much for this opportunity and I recommend for everyone! ❤️

Great location right in the centre of krakow. Really good work hours and fun and easy shifts. Yuliya the hostel manager is amazing and is always there to help. The people here are great and you really end up meeting so many people here. Would really recommend if you're keen on some good nights out and making new friends.
