proactive, independent, self-motivated and interested in learning about various skills and topics.
Are willing and capable to put in the required 25 hours a week of work.

Activities & Shift
Work from day to day may vary a lot, depending on the time of year. You will be working with Nepalese and living closely with us during your stay.
There’s lots of opportunity to watch the way we work, to try engaging with language and communicating in other ways, and you can see the general lifestyle of village.
We recommend that volunteers be very proactive to have the experience they seek during their time here. If you want to apprentice someone, learn a specific skill, please ask any of us and don’t be shy!
Tasks that may be given to volunteers include: weeding, cutting grass, tree care, tree planting, compost making, construction, help around living quarters, watering, nursery work, coffee, fruits picking and processing.
