A piece of my heart will always stay at the hotel. Grateful to have been part of this Amazing team! I felt home and at my place from the very first moment I arrived. The hosts Ana and Jorge (and of course Farouk José & Açorda Maria)are the best hosts you can have; kind, respectful and welcoming, towards us the volunteers, their basic team and the guests. For me they were the best mentors I had, by allowing me to be the best version of myself. I had everything I needed; comfortable accommodation, delicious food, satisfaction of the work I did, amazing people I met &dogs & just pure happiness!

Such an amazing experience ! Jorge and Ana are the sweetest people, they welcomed you like family and they care a lot for their volonteers. The work is fair and interesting, I learned a lot here about many different tasks. I love being here in this beautiful place, good energy, friendly people with a peaceful vibe overall. So lucky to be there ! 🙏

What can I say about my stay at the hotel, only beautiful words to this amazing couple whom made me feel like at home, they are so warm and comfortable since the first moment until the end of my stay, I stayed there for 2 months, I learned a lot about new people and about myself, we shared life's and travel's experiences, I met amazing people including Ana and Jorge, the local people who work there, I learned more about portuguese culture and language... The dogs are amazing,... This is my first family in Portugal, and I hope I can come back one day... I wish all the best for Ana and Jorge

I can't say enough good things about my time with Ana and Jorge at the hotel. Everyone was so welcoming and I instantly felt like a part of the team. The location is beautiful and perfect for slowing down and enjoying nature. The work was fair and made enjoyable by the wonderful team they've assembled. Anyone would be lucky to get to volunteer there.

This was an amazing experience and I can really recommend to do your Volunteering here. Ana & Jorge are lovely and passionate hosts - for the guests as well as for the volunteers. I almost felt like part of their family. You can be really lucky if you get chosen to stay in this little paradise within beautiful nature. the hotel is just beautiful, perfect for relaxing (it is very quiet and remote) and go exploring the surrounding beaches and coast (ideally by car or bicycle). The work was as agreed, the team was respectful and tasks were well explained. I felt worshipped for my work.

From the first moment I arrived the hotel felt like home. Ana and Jorge are the best hosts you can imagine and the team of volunteers and staff were amazing! The guesthouse is located in the countryside and near the beautiful beaches. The work and working hours are fair and as agreed on. I would recommend this volunteering experience to everyone who loves to have a good time and want to enjoy the nature. Ana, Jorge and the rest of the team: muito obrigada for the wonderful experience! Till we meet again.

I spent in the hotel 2 months, and that experience was one of the best in my life! I've learned a lot of things during my stay. And it's not only about volunteer's responsibilities and tasks to do, but also to develop soft skills and get involved into local culture by being part of community. Jorge and Ana are amazing hosts, I felt myself like home. And the team members I was working with, guys I miss you already:) I miss also Farouk, Açorda and Rosa❤️ I wasn't expecting my first ever volunteering experience with Worldpackers turn out something incredible and heartwarming✨ Thank you 🤗

Incredible experience, the guest house is wonderful and is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Portugal. Ana and Jorge are kind, available and very respectful. there is a lot of respect for the people who work and collaborate and also with the guests. furthermore Farouk is the loveliest and sweetest dog I have ever met. I felt very comfortable and the activities carried out were very smooth. it was an amazing experience, i would definitely go back and recommend.

Ana and Jorge welcomes you to their world with open hearts and arms and treats you as a part of their family. I could not be more grateful about my experience here... days filled with so much laughter, good energy, warmth, amazing conversations and true connections. 'So.. so you think you can tell.. heaven from hell..' :))) Ana and Jorge are one of the most beautiful, unique and genuine people I have met in my life. You have to experience yourself, there is no way to describe.
