The experience

You will be in charge of making check ins and helping out customers during the volunteer hours. May require to help other team members with basic house duties.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Between 19 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

25 hours as volunteer help during the week and sometimes weekend depending on demand. Hosting our customers and helping them with the different questions they might have on their stay.

Follow the hostel rules for the good maintenance of the space, and a good environment for our clients. We do not allow heavy drinking while doing the volunteers hours
