The experience

We need people who like to work with hand tools and repair and clean things.
The sailing school has many boats that need regular maintenance, and our structure needs some attention during the summer season when something breaks.
Help with repairs with fiberglass, wood, plastic and clean the boats to go to the water.
In March and April we will prepare the structure for the new season, so is a lot of work to do everyday.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 50 One time

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Materials for volunteer activities

Description: Volunteers must present a medical certificate with a valid electrocardiogram to participate in water activities. This fee will not be charged if you already have a medical certificate with a valid electrocardiogram or if you are not interested in participating in our aquatic activities. If you do not have one, we can take you to a sports medicine doctor to obtain this certificate; the fee is paid directly to the doctor.

What you get

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Intermediate Italian or Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Volunteers will help with the day-to-day tasks of the sailing school.

We need someone very willing to help us with the various opening tasks, which involve assembling metal structures, painting our boats, and cleaning them. We also need to organize and clean our entire base, so we have a lot of work to do.

Activities & Shift

Every day we have a meeting after breakfast and we decide on a priority scale which tasks will be carried out during the day.
You can enjoy the beaches and local walks during your rest period. (to go to the near city you need to take a bus)

We do not allow the use of illegal drugs and aggressive behavior in our sailing school.
