My experience was really beautiful. When I arrived we were few volunteers and there was bad weather, so I thought I would be bored. But in the end everything was perfect. I've known great people, and being together makes you a little family. Alvaro is a lovely person, he is super helpful, understanding and flexible with the tasks. Also his welcome was unforgettable! Super recommended! 🧝🏽‍♂️🐑🧙🏽🐥⛰🥰

I had an absolute blast here. The staff and volunteers were like a family. The atmosphere created and encouraged by Alvaro and all there was friendly, kind and comfortable. I very much appreciate the sustainable path Hacienda is taking and learned a lot, personally, as well as professionally due to helping with administering the public performance and SM. I really worship the time and people there and hope to return some day! The nature is stunning and the animals adorable. I loved the stay in the farm, as much as the trips we took. I can recommend this experience to everyone. So much love!♥️

The farm was the best experience in a volunteer job we've ever had. Álvaro and the employees (Rafael and Sonia) are super friendly, funny and trustworthy people. Everything that was written it would have in the volunteer description was fulfilled. The room we had was super neat and comfortable, Álvaro made sure that we felt welcome and our needs were met. But be aware that you should also fulfill your part of the agreement, if you're hardworking, punctual and a proactive person it won't be a problem for you. We even extended our stay there as we liked it so much. Totally recommend 😉

Al llegar acá fue como llegar a un segundo hogar . es un lugar acogedor en la cual va bien si lo que quieres es despejar tu mente y reorganizar ideas y proyectos. De este lugar me llevo una gran experiencia y muy buenos momentos al igual que también dejo una gran huella con los trabajos que deje realizado para la mejora del lugar. Espero que los próximos voluntarios tengan una gran experiencia al igual que yo.

Estuvimos juntos con mi esposo desde el 23 de septiembre, nos sentimos como en casa,por tal motivo siempre queríamos estar pendiente de todo y el trabajo se hizo parte de una rutina de hogar. Conocimos personas maravillosas y le dábamos un ambiente de familia a todos los voluntarios y invitados; el anfitrión que es Álvaro nos apoyo mucho en nuestro proceso de estar en España por primera vez, haciendo que los días que estuvimos tuvieran un propósito. Todo en general fue un va y ven de emociones, pensamientos, trabajo, experiencia y buenos amigos, que nos fueron dejando un buen recuerdo.

The lodge fue mi primera experiencia de voluntariado y no podría haber sido mejor. El sitio y todas las actividades que realizan son increíbles y las personas que lo componen aún más🤍 desde el primer momento te hacen sentir como en casa. Cada uno de ellos son maravillosos y no puedo estar más agradecida de haberles conocido. Álvaro es un gran anfitrión, siempre está atento a todo lo que necesites y por saber como te sientes. Me aprecié mucho mi tiempo aquí pero no es un lugar para todos por la ubicación rural y el horario laboral/libre. Durante mi estancia (en octubre y noviembre) no habían muchos campamentos, tampoco había otros voluntarios hasta la última semana, así que tuve mucho tiempo libre para hacer nada, leer, meditar, trabajar en línea, tomar viajes, etc. Pero durante los campamentos, me encantó conectar con los niños (a veces en español y a veces en inglés), crear y ayudar con actividades y juegos, ayudar en la cocina, y hablar con los buenísimos trabajadores y otros voluntarios. Voy a extrañar a todos!
