The yoga farm stay is an escape from day to day stress and routine. It brings you closer to people, to nature, to Italian culture and mostly, to yourself. The staff, with Antonello as head welcome you as family, care for you and make sure you have a good stay, and also other volunteers are very included in making you feel this way. There are a lot of activities in which you are very welcome to participate and the days off are flexible and fun because of a day all of the volunteers have a day off together which is very bonding. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely want to come back.

I stayed one month at the farm and have gained so much from my time here. The work was good and hours/ days off were as agreed. Antonello is a great host, he creates a fun place to live. I made so many amazing friends with the staff and other volunteers. The farm is so unique and is a place where you can feel at peace every day. If you love the simple things in life, can work hard as a team player and are open to new connections I highly recommend. Being here is indescribable, such a beautiful place. My heart is so full.

It was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't ask for a better one. I didn't expected it to be that amazing. I was doing yoga every morning, cooking with Giuseppe every afternoon, learning to speak Italian. I spent my free time relaxing on the hammock in the garden, eating fruits straight from the trees and the most important part - spending time with other volunteers. I'm so grateful for meeting all of them, we had so much fun together and created amazing connections. And if you want to know more, feel free to text me 🩷

The experience in the farm was incredible. I really got the opportunity to connect with the other volunteers and with the hosts and workers of the farm. My work mainly outdoors in the nature, hard sometimes, but always balanced. I had the opportunity to develop new skills during the work. The surroundings of the farm are beautiful with lots of nature related activities. The food provided was delicious, always in abundance and with a big variety of vegetarian dishes and accompanies by Giuseppe's wine. I recommend it to everyone!

I really enjoyed my time at the farm, it was really special to meet and spend some time with Giuseppe. I got the chance to connect with other volunteers from all over the world and I'll never forget this incredible group of people. The work is not hard, but we work in the morning until lunch and evening, so it seems that we work all day, but working with other volunteers makes it easier and they made every moment more fun. It was really an amazing experience.

During my time at Italy Farm, I got to see a little of the beautiful, mountainous region of Sora, as well as meet incredible people, other volunteers with whom I shared happy and fun moments, and the spectacular Giuseppe. Work started at 8 am and ended at 12:30 pm, when I did tasks such as making cement, carrying rocks, cleaning and varnishing wood. After that, I had to make lunch and wash the dishes. We finished around 2 pm and work continued from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, when we helped make dinner and washed the dishes. So the work had more hours than stated on the website. Thank you!

I am very glad you had an overrall positive experience. Just to point out one aspect: during the time you stay at the farm the guests were not have dinner at the farm twice per week that was Thursday and Sunday so that the volunteers could enjoyed a relaxed evening.

I learned a lot and met people from all over the world. The location is beautiful and made a lot of memories that will stay with me forever. The work is a lot and but volunteers made it easier to deal with. The food was delicious, my bed was cozy and the vibes were good. I am grateful for my time on the farm!

Unforgettable. I had the honor of meeting wonderful people, especially Giuseppe, with whom I spent most of my time and learned a few words in Italian. Some activities can be carried out, others cannot, doing a little bit of everything, from cleaning, painting, repairing to cooking. We cook for customers at lunch and dinner, we all eat together and then we clean the entire kitchen. Our group of volunteers was incredible, we had a lot of fun, and that made the work easier. I highly recommend this experience. When I have the opportunity I would like to return to ItalyFarmStay. Thank you very much

This was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't have wish for a better one. The place is beautiful, cooking with Guiseppe is always a nice time and I have met wonderful people. We worked on the mornings and then prepare the meals. The rest of the time was free to go to yoga, discover Sora or go out for activities. Thank you Antonello, Guiseppe, Micheal, Giulia and all of the people that are making this volunteering such a great experience.
