The experience

We are a Eco Boutique Hostel nestled between a virgin beach and a protected natural reserve full of wildlife, inviting travelers to slow down for a while and enjoy a stunning location surrounded by sea, jungle, rivers and waterfalls.

Our team is young and hard working, and always happy to receive new members :)

What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish and Intermediate English

Between 22 and 34 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Colombia

Program Details

We’re looking for an organized and proactive volunteer to support our morning operations. Your help will keep the flow running smoothly and create a great experience for our guests.

Your main tasks:
-Bring in the morning deliverie
-Collect plates after breakfast
-Set up and organize the tables
-Help with dishwashing and keeping the area tidy

We value good energy, teamwork, and responsibility. If you enjoy working with people and starting your day with purpose, you’ll fit right in.

Activities & Shift

Volunteers work 6 hours per day on weekdays, with weekends off.
The schedule can vary — some days you may have a morning shift, and other days an afternoon shift, depending on the needs of the hostel.
