It was my first experience in a hostel and I couldn't really ask for more! Gabriel and Matt are great hosts who run the place magnificiently, staff makes everything easier for you and the rest of the volunteers were awesome. The place has many activities to offer, which make it a fantastic place to stay as a volunteer and as a guest. If you're a social person who enjoys meeting people from everywhere this is definitely the place for you!

This was a great experience! The staff is super friendly and it's easy to meet new people, because there's activities almost every night. The hostel is clean and good to live in. Working hours are respected and you are able to change shifts with your fellow volunteers. All in all I would definitely recommend this experience.

I just can say good things about my stay there, I really enjoyed it. Was my fist experience in WorldPackers and couldn't be better. The staff working there were amazing; Laura, Darta, Nicks and Liga made me feel like at home. The bosses, Gabriel and Matt were always nice and friendly. The job was pretty easy and chill and all the environment in the hostel is the best! Also the location it's perfect and the city is so pretty. I could improve my english and meet people from around the world. Definitely I would repeat the experience again and I recommend it to everyone!

That was my first experience and it couldn't have been better. The whole team welcomed me very well and struggled to have a good adaptation. Although I dont dominate English there was a real commitment from the entire Squad so that we could maintain good communication. Liga had all the patience in the world to teach me my activities, as well as the Darta who supported me in all my doubts, and all the others who were open to help me. The activities are simple, the respected times and the professionalism and structuring that the hostel has with WPs is amazing.

This hostel is amazing for work and live in Riga, it's in the old center and u have so much things close to the hostel like pubs, supermarket, museums... And the work is very very easy and everything is clear. Matt and Gabriel are the bests! everything u need to know they always be there, I leave this hostel with a smile so I think that is the best thing that u can have always!! Thank you!!

I had a great time, met very good people and made great friends. The hostel facilities are comfortable, the vibe was always inviting. The staff and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. Riga is a beautiful city and I 100% recommend going and also checking out the Funny Fox pub. It was our go to karaoke place with my friends.

I had a great time at the the hostel, the owners were attentive at all times and the agreed conditions were respected. In addition, the hostel is one of the best in all of Europe, great atmosphere and I felt at home. I would have liked to stay a few more weeks. I definitely have to go back. I totally recommend it.

My experience as a volunteer at the hostel was one of a kind. Both Matt and Gabriel were very kind and helped me with whatever i needed. I felt welcomed and the environment was very friendly, motivating me to give my best. I am very greatful that my first experience at a hostel was that beautiful, the problem now is that you guys set the bar high for my next one! If i could i would stay for a longer period, thank you guys for everything, keep it like this, you are great 😍

My one month in the hostel was incredible and I'm so sad that I have to leave this lovely place. I feel like one month there was too fast for me because from one day to other day I got a chance to make new friends and had a good time with them. Personally for me the work is easy , you just have to clean the bathroom, making beds and etc nothing complicated.So I think if you want to work and have a lot parties at the same time this is the right place for you. Thank you so much Matt, Gabriel, Liga, Nora, Daniel, Laura, Riana for helping me with everything and make me feel home.

I was supposed to stay for 1 month but I extended for 2! It's been one of the most rewarding experience in life. Tasks are easy: work 5h cleaning the hostel and making beds (2 days off/week). Matt and Gabe, the owners, put their trust in you to take care of the hostel and i'm happy I've work with them. I stayed in a shared room with the other volunteers; rooms are big, with lockers and every bed has a curtain for your privacy. The hostel offers a lot of activities and pub crawl every weekend: the best way to meet new people and know Riga! Don't miss this opportunity! Best of luck squirrels!
