The Experience
If you are outgoing, enthusiastic and like talking to people, we maybe interested in talking to you.Our hostel is a without doubt a home away from home. Our volunteers help out around 32 hours a week helping in our reception and housekeeping.In exchange, we will provide you with free accommodation, laundry, breakfast, WiFi and great vibes. You will learn customer service skill in a reception environment & basic housekeeping skills.

Very thankful to Erick for this experience in NYC! You can expect flexibility, and balance working here. You're encouraged to enjoy the city. The work as a receptionist is not difficult. They also have a kitchen area for you to store your food and cook. If you get the opportunity to world packers here, take it (: The team here is kind, supportive and friendly! You'll enjoy working here.

It was an incredible volunteering experience where I met people who I now consider family! The tasks and assignments are easy to carry out and I received excellent training from Ana. Erick, the owner of the hostel, is always present, open to answer any questions and also does everything to organize the work schedule upon request from all volunteers. Even though it was in the renovation period, some get-togethers were held and brought the group even closer. I highly recommend this volunteering ☺️

Was a great experience. I met a lot of people and some became friends ❤️ would definitely do it again. The work is fun and you meet people from all over the world. the hostel is in a nice location not far from downtown.

My experience at the hostel was incredible. I was part of the housekeeping team and the job was easy. The location was incredible. The staff was friendly and always willing to help you. The volunteers I met were the best, really the best part of the experience. It was totally worth it. I hope to come back soon!!
