The experience

Join the Experiences team at Costeño Beach Hostel and live by the Caribbean Sea.
Your main mission will be to lead activities, connect with guests, and bring the fun energy that makes our hostel unique. You’ll also give light support at the bar when needed.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 22 and 55 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Colombia

Program Details

At Costeño Beach Hostel we are looking for cheerful and outgoing volunteers to join our Experiences & Bar team.
Your main role will be to lead and animate activities with guests, creating a fun and social atmosphere while connecting travelers from all over the world.
You’ll also provide basic support at the bar (washing glasses, assisting bartenders, keeping things organized).
Shifts are 6 hours, 5 days a week, giving you plenty of free time to enjoy the beach, surf, and our activities.
Perfect for energetic and positive people who want to be part of the heart of the fun at Costeño Beach.

Activities & Shift

Leading and animating guest activities (games, social dynamics, integrations, events).
Encouraging participation and creating good vibes in every activity.
Helping out at the bar with basic tasks (washing glasses, assisting bartenders, organizing).
Volunteering schedule
6-hour shifts (mainly afternoons/evenings).
5 days a week with 2 days off.
