The experience

El intercambio se basa en la convivencia con nuestros huéspedes: ser muy interactivo con ellos, además de hacer las tareas básicas de limpieza y de recepción - check-ins y mantener el hostel limpio.
El ambiente es un hostal familiar donde se prioriza la buena experiencia del cliente. Para esto creamos, entre todo el personal, un buen ambiente y promocionamos actividades para juntar a los viajeros.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Fluent English and Fluent Spanish

Between 24 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Spain

Program Details

como voluntario/a compartirás el hostel con otros voluntarios, los turnos son de 24 horas a la semana en horario nocturno, trabajarás 3 noches de 24h- a 8 h) donde se te pide una interacción con los clientes,vigilancia nocturna, hacer algún late check ins y tareas básicas de limpieza.

Activities & Shift

los turnos nocturnos donde básicamente abres la puerta a los clientes que llegan entre 12 y 8 de la mañana.

Rules

Respetar los turnos con los demás voluntarios, crear un buen ambiente, asegurar la tranquilidad por las noches, hacer las tareas que correspondan al turno, estar disponble 24 horas a la semana para cumplir con las tareas
