It was my first experience as a volunteer, I didn't know what to expect tbh. But since I have arrived to the hostel they made me feel at home and they have been friendly and caring all the time. I met so many people from all over the world, and made friends as well with some guests and also with a great group of volunteers where we were sticking all together all the time. I only have good memories about the hostel and I was actually sad to leave the place after a month. I enjoyed so much the hostel and people there, that I'm seriously considering to go back as soon as I can . I recommend it 100%.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hostel. All the staff members were incredibly nice and helpful. The work is exactly as they describe it and they are flexible to make sure you work the required hours and nothing more. I can't wait to see the hostel family again!

Great hostel and team. Work was fun, and not too strenuous. Comfy beds. Pool is lovely. Wonderful breakfast. Will miss everybody so much.

I had a great time at the hostel, highly recommended for anybody looking for a challenge, for you will be engaged with the hostel's overall dinamic! You'll be given various task depending on your experience & the staff is extremely accommodating to your schedule needs. The weekly meeting allow ya to see how you're impacting the hostel's review & give ya opportunities to engage in changes that might be needed. It's also a great place to have as a base while you visit various other cities & cenotes on your days off!

This was my first hostel volunteer experience and it was fantastic! I definitively had to step out of my comfort zone and immerse myself into a different culture and atmosphere. I got to meet people from all over the world; meanwhile I got to improve my Spanish speaking skills. the hostel is a new hostel and therefore there is a lot of potential. So it was great to see it evolve over the course of just one month. So I can't imagine what it will grow into. I would recommend this to people looking for a laid-back atmosphere. The job tasks are manageable, and the scheduling is very flexible!

I've nothing but good things to say about the hostel. The activities are well defined and rest days are respected. The staff is super friendly and are always there to give a hand. It's not just a hostel, it's the hostel.

El hostel fue un lugar al que llegué y me hizo sentir muy querida desde el primero momento, todo el staff fue muy agradable conmigo. En especial Mónica, Javier, Diego, Martina, Dani, Mau y Amilkar me hicieron sentir bienvenida y sé que podía recurrir a ellos en cualquier situación. Es un hostal en el que te diviertes mucho y convives con diferentes tipos de personas. Es un lugar al que volvería sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias el hostel, hiciste mi estadía en Mérida inolvidable!!!

Gracias al hostel por brindarme la oportunidad de vivir mi primer voluntariado. Fue una experiencia increíble en la que pude compartir, aprender y disfrutar junto al staff y los huéspedes. Siempre me sentí como en casa; el lugar y las personas hacen que no quieras irte. Me llevo con mucho amor el tiempo en el hostel y a todos con quienes crucé camino en esta aventura💗💗 Un abrazo y apapacho especial para Grecia, Viri, Mau, Martina, Diego, Gaby y Migue. Espero poder volver a verlos muy pronto💕

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue increíble! Me divertí mucho constantemente conociendo a viajeros, conectando con ellos y teniendo la oportunidad de servirles ya fuera momentos agradables, comida, ayuda o consejos. La verdad, el staff del hostel fue bueno y respetó las reglas establecidas hasta el ultimo día. Estoy muy feliz de poder haber tenido esta experiencia :) Especialmente gracias a Grecia, que se encarga de les voluntaries y está al pendiente de nosotres. Suuuper recomendado!
